Har Ki Dun is easily accessible from Dehradun, the capital city of Uttarakhand. You can reach Dehradun by air, rail, or road. Taxis and jeeps are readily available for transportation from Dehradun to Sankri, the starting point of the trek.
The ideal time to visit Har Ki Dun is from May to June and September to October. During these months, the weather is pleasant, the skies are clear, and the valley is adorned with vibrant wildflowers.
Har Ki Dun is considered a moderate trek with well-defined trails and gradual inclines. However, a good level of physical fitness is recommended for a comfortable experience.
