Overview
Within the kernels of Garhwal, lies the Bali Pass having an astounding elevation of 5,000 meters. This arresting high altitude pass offers unobstructed views of the sublime Himalayan peaks such as Kala Nag, Bandarpoonch, and Swargarohini.
The Bali Pass trek is full of adventures and mystical views that will make your trip nostalgic. The trek starts from Sankri village and ends at Jankichatti. A little trekking experience is necessary for commencing this trek.
Highlights of trek:
1. Ruinsara Tal, a beautiful lake surrounded by meadows.
2. Confluence of Ruinsara and Har Ki Doon rivers.
3. Glimpse of Black Peak or Kalanag.
4. Yamunotri Temple via Janki Chatti
Getting There: How to reach Sankri
Depending upon the trek members we will arrange a pickup and drop from Dehradun/Haridwar to Sankri and return
Included/Excluded
- 2 night’s accommodation at Sankri (Day 1) in lodge on sharing basis and dinner (You will be staying in tents during trek on sharing basis)
- Drive from Sankri to Taluka
- Evening snacks and dinner in Sankri Hotel
- Breakfast, lunch, dinner, soup, tea, hot drinks during trek
- Trekking permits for trekkers
- Guide, porters and staffs permit
- Garbage cleaning charges
- Campsite permit
- First aid, medical kit, oxygen cylinders etc. will be available at all campsites to deal with emergencies
- Ice axe, ropes, gaiters will be provided as per requirement
- Tents, sleeping bag, mattress, toilet tent, kitchen tent/dining tent
- Cutlery set
