The nearest airport to Friendship Peak is Kullu Manali Airport. From there, taxis and jeeps are readily available to take you to Dhundi, the starting point of the trek.
The most favorable time to attempt the Friendship Peak Expedition is from May to October. During this period, the weather is generally clear and stable, with minimal chances of snowfall at lower altitudes.
